Marketing To Ladies … 

I don’t know about you, but since I started my carpet cleaning business in 2004, in the vast majority of domestic situations over 95% of the time I deal with the lady of the house. Is that the same with you? 

The ladies are the ones who know what is going on in the home, and who is doing what. They are the ones who organise the home and what needs to go on in it. In fact, whenever I deal with guys, most of the time the job goes wrong, or they book a wrong date and so on!

But here’s the problem … generally carpet cleaners are guys, and, let’s face it, guys think very differently to women and women, like guys, they think differently at various stages of their lives.

YES! I know this is a huge generalisation, but when we talk about targeting particular groups of people in your marketing we need to group those who you want to deal with (or deal with most) into a group of general characteristics, and ladies is one such characteristic.

So we have made up the guides below to help you get more business from your target prospects, if ladies are your target market.
